It is our aim to fit in with your busy schedule and to satisfy your needs so here is a basic plan for how we can achieve this.
Helpful information for your demonstration
It would be helpful for us to know:
- Who will be in the demonstration – just as a courtesy
- What global time zone or city you will be located in – to make sure we are in sync
- A telephone contact – to use during the demonstration
- If multiple people in multiple locations – will we need a teleconference facility?
- Any specific need/s that you would like us to address.

What can an online demonstration do?
The whole aim of an online demonstration is so that you can see first hand the true power Benchmarking Solutions can offer your organisation.
For most demonstrations we follow a logical path to view an actual ‘live’ Business Benchmarking Portal.
If this does not suit we are more than happy to follow a path of your choosing.
A Typical Demonstration Path
- We will have set up a demonstration portal that is a replica of an actual ‘live’ portal. Our goal is to make the demonstration as realistic as possible for both your organization and how your members will view your involvement.
This portal is a replica of what your members will see when they access the site to enter information or download reports.
- A link to this portal will be emailed to you prior to the demonstration.
You will actually operate the system – we are not in control – you are. This way you will get a genuine ‘feel’ for the simplicity and power of the system.
- We will set the portal Home Page with draft branding to your organization.
We will do this by borrowing logos and information from your website so that you can see how our customized branding works.
We will only be using information from the public domain. If you would prefer we did not do this please let us know.
- Portal access will be an actual ‘live’ survey situations.
You will have access as if you are an Example Participant.
There will be a variety of types and styles of survey available which includes simple, advanced and repeating line surveys.
You will be able to view content and, if you wish, participate in a selection of survey templates.
A variety benchmarking reports will be available that are already branded with your logo. These will include:
- Online Dynamic Reports - where you can choose graphs and advanced graphical content to be displayed. You can select and interact with the system.
- Hard Copy Report – samples of hardcopy reports that participants download as a permanent record.
To finalize we offer to address any issue or question that you may need to know. Have a list ready. We are more than happy to answer any question you have no matter how complicated.

If you would prefer not to have the complete walk through we are happy to simply address the specific questions or issues that you may wish to be answered.
